All-Safe® dealers are independent from and are not employed by Sunwest Industries, Inc. dba All-Safe® Pool Safety Products, Inc. Dealers are registered and authorized to advertise and sell All-Safe® products. Although registered dealers may use the All-Safe® name and logo in their business dealings, dealers are independently owned and operated and assume all liability and responsibility for disputes. Warranties and guarantees implied by the dealer, either written or verbal, are between the consumer and the dealer from whom their product was purchased. Any dealer recommendation regarding the type of product to purchase, installation of product, or proper usage or maintenance of product should not be relied upon as a recommendation or endorsement by All-Safe® Pool Safety Products.

If you are in need of service:
Please contact the local independent dealer who installed your product for any service you may require. Dealers may charge a service fee. Sunwest Industries, Inc. dba All-Safe® Pool Safety Products, Inc. does not set service fees for dealers. Dealers set their own service fees based upon the level of repair required. If the dealer from whom you purchased your product is no longer in business, you may be able to purchase replacement parts directly from our website. If specific parts are not listed on our website please email info@allsafepool.com with a detailed description and photos of the replacement parts you require. Some parts may be discontinued. We usually respond to emails within 72 business hours.

If you wish to file a manufacturer warranty claim:
*Note: This warranty does not cover issues concerning installation or field services. Those issues are to be handled directly with the independent dealer that originally installed the product.

Send digital photos showing detailed areas of your concern, a copy of your contract for installation and a proof of purchase (paid receipt, copy of cancelled check, etc). You must provide all of the information above for your claim to be considered for warranty. Due to the high resale of used safety barriers, we have a strict policy of requiring proof of purchase for all claims made. Please email all the required information to info@allsafepool.com. Responses are typically made within 72 business hours.
