Return Policy

WEBSTORE PURCHASES

All-Safe® is not the manufacturer and does not provide or service warranty claims. Nor do we make product claims or disclaimers on behalf of the manufacturer. However, customer satisfaction is a priority and we suggest you follow the procedures below for assistance.

IF PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE:
Product support, installation assistance, and troubleshooting is provided by each individual product manufacturer.

Products with manufacturing defects or missing parts must be exchanged through its manufacturer via the manufacturer’s specific warranty replacement procedures.

Please see your product instruction manual for service and warranty instructions. You may also find product manufacturer information here.

IF PRODUCT IS NOT SUITABLE:
Webstore purchases are eligible for return to All-Safe®, within 30 days of shipping date, under the following conditions:
  • Returned items must be in original packaging, together with warranty cards and instruction manuals.
  • Product must be in saleable condition and must not have been installed or used.
  • Returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization must be obtained before any product can be returned. (Products returned without a Return Authorization or in non-saleable condition will be refused.)
To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization please contact us at: customerservice@allsafepool.com. We will be happy to assist you by promptly addressing your request. A refund will be issued as soon as the product has been received at our facility and inspected for refund eligibility.

Orders refused, by you, at time of delivery will be assessed all applicable fees which include outgoing and return shipping fees and restocking fees.

POLICY EXCEPTIONS:

Basic and Peg Pole Fencing:
Please note the following: Our basic and peg pole pool fencing available for online purchase is not eligible for our 30-day return policy. Basic and peg pole fencing may be exchanged if it arrives damaged. All-Safe must be notified of defect or damage within 10 days of receipt. All-Safe does not provide installation support or instruction for fencing purchased online.

Solar Sun Rings / Solar Spa Rings:
Opened Solar Sun Rings or Solar Spa Rings are not returnable. Please note that if you live in a high wind area, solar sun rings will blow off your pool.
